Audio Response System
Our Audio Response System gives you access to your Bay Shore Credit Union accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by using a touch-tone phone.
You can make balance inquires on various shares and loans; obtain payment amounts, due dates and payoff on loans; inquire on draft clearing; transfer funds or check whether a direct deposit, EFT or payroll deposit was posted to your account and more.
Your Audio Response (Speedy Line) transactions will appear on your monthly statement.
There is no charge to use the audio system. Call Bay Shore Credit Union (715-732-0065) to obtain your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
This is an excellent way to transfer money from your shares to your share draft or check on a deposit made to your account from payroll deduction.

Financial Planner

Wire Transfers
A wire transfer is an electric transfer of money from a member's account at Bay Shore Credit Union to an account at another financial institution. It is a great way to send money fast! Simply come in to the Credit Union and fill out the form with the name of the financial institution where the money is being wired, where it is located (city, state, branch, if any), the routing number of the financial institution, the name of the person the money is being wired to, and the persons account number. We will take care of the rest!

Commercial Money Orders
A commercial money order is an electronic transfer of money from a member's account at Bay Shore Credit Union to any Western Union location where a designated person can pick it up. In order for the person to pick up the money order they must have proper identification. This is an easy way to send money in a hurry.

Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is the program whereby you can authorize Bay Shore Credit Union to receive payroll checks, social security checks, and retirement checks directly into your account. Direct Deposit funds may be distributed to your various accounts and/or loans. Free checks are offered with direct deposit of social security or retirement checks into your share draft checking account.

Payroll deduction is when your employer deducts funds before you even see your check. Deductions are distributed to the accounts and/or loans you designate.

On-line Member Services
Members may sign up for on-line access to their accounts. Members can make payments, transfer funds, view account balances and transaction information, apply for a loan and apply for a credit union MasterCard. Bay Shore's On-line Member Services is on-line in real time. It's easy to manage your accounts anytime and anywhere.

Electronic Bill Payment
If you're like most people, time is getting more and more valuable. it seems that stopping by the post office to pick up stamps, sitting down to write our a share draft for each bill and remembering to drop them in the mail doesn't always fit into the hustle and bustle of daily life. You will enjoy convenience and time savings when paying your bills electronically.
Electronic Bill Payment (EBP) is available today to members who have a credit union checking account. EBP is a service that makes it simple and convenient to pay your monthly bills. All you have to do is verify that the amount you have been billed is correct,, and then schedule the payment. Your credit union will do the rest!
The credit union's EBP system is accessible via the internet by visiting the credit union's website and clicking on the Electronic Bill Payment link. You can schedule recurring payments of the same amount and by retaining the contact information of the payee, your bill payment history speeds the process of paying billed amounts that vary from month to month.
Payments should be requested no less than five business days prior to the bill's due date to ensure they are received on-time.

The Credit Union has a Notary on staff at no charge to our members. If you have an important paper that needs to be notarized, bring it to the credit union with proper identification to take advantage of this service.
